Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance company or employee benefit plan.
Payment for co-pays and deductibles are due at the time of service.
Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
• Do I have behavioral health insurance benefits?
• What is my deductible and has it been met?
• How many sessions per year does my behavioral health insurance cover?
• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
• What will my insurance pay for a counselor who is out-of-network?
• Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Many employers offer an Employee Assistance Program (EAP), which provides a limited number of confidential counseling sessions at no cost to employees. The number of sessions varies by plan, often ranging from three to six.
If you wish to continue therapy afterward, you may be able to use your insurance if I am an in-network provider. Any applicable deductibles and copays would be your responsibility. Ask your employer about your EAP benefits and how to access them.
If you don't want a record of your mental health treatment in your insurance information, you can pay out-of-pocket at the rates listed below. Payment is due at time of service.
Forty-five minute psychotherapy session: $130.00
Extended 60+ minute session: $150.00
Diagnostic session: $170.00
Spiritual Counseling (60 minutes): $60.00 - $100.00
Longer sessions can be arranged. Please discuss this option with me directly.
Payment for services is due at the time services are rendered unless other arrangements are made. Payments can be made with cash, check or credit card.
Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the appointment or rescheduled to another day that week, otherwise a payment of $25.00 will be charged, except in the case of illness in yourself or a loved one.
If you don’t have insurance or have a limited budget, affordable counseling options may be available. Aspire Health Partners offers financial assistance and fees based on income and family size for those who qualify.
